  15. 1/2-1 tablespoon Soy Sauce *depends on the saltiness of the stock
  16. 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  17. 1 tablespoon Mirin

  1. Wash Glutinous Rice and Regular Short Grain Rice together and drain.
  2. Cut thinly sliced Pork into small pieces. Slice all vegetables into small pieces or thin strips.
